We have an opportunity for an Executive Assistant to support our Director and further support a growing team in our Melbourne office. This role is an in-person role based in our newly renovated office.
Working in a true partnership with the Director, that has a lighthearted and fun take on work, but is also a collaborative leader that will lean on your expertise and organisational skills.
You will be able to take control of all executive support and administrative tasks. You will be an extension of the Director's brand and take pride in everything that you do, including the work you deliver, your ability to engage with people instantly and your personal presentation.

- Provide exemplary support to the executive director
- Coordinate all travel, events and engagements
- Prepare, collate and coordinate period reports, board papers and correspondence
- Developing relationships with the key stakeholders in the business
- Assist in Business Development activities
- Lead & mentor the office coordinator
- Handle confidential information with discretion

About you:

- Experience supporting an executive or c-suite
- Be a confident and professional communicator
- A very skilled organiser and solution focussed
- Known for taking the initiative and contributing to a positive and inclusive working environment
- Advanced MS office skills
- Possess valid working rights in Australia.
