**Our Client**:
Having taken out the National #1 position previously, and long being known as one of Australia’s top performing Real Estate selling Principals, our client has a solid team of similarly driven professionals working out of an office of the Lower North Shore.

**Duties**:
Directly supporting all admin requirements of the Director as a one on one Personal Assistant, this role will be varied and include:

- Diary Management - Booking and confirming appointments
- Getting properties live - Liaising with the marketing team
- Creating property files and liaising with solicitors to get contracts etc
- Data entry into CRM
- Compiling and distributing vendor reports
- Coordinate & attend building & pest / pre-settlement inspections when needed
- Preparation of sale documentation and processing for the admin team

**Specific requirements**:
To be successful in this role, you will be a self-driven, highly motivated administration professional who thrives in a high-achieving team. You will also have:

- Demonstrated experience in a similar role (within Real Estate is essential)
- Advanced organisation and software skills
- A strong work ethic and innate love of Real Estate
- A Certificate of Registration is preferred
- A car and drivers license
