Create an impact as a** Privacy Management Specialist.**

**Your Role**

The purpose of your role and your unique contribution is to support the Group in maintaining its legal and regulatory requirements to ensure data privacy breaches are identified, assessed and managed appropriately.

Your contribution will primarily be to support the Group Privacy Officer, impacted business units and risk specialists in triaging and assessing breaches/regulatory enquiries, providing pragmatic guidance to minimise the risk of harm to those impacted by breaches and ensuring all relevant regulatory requirements are met.

This position is a **permanent**, full-time opportunity and can based in** Australia**.

**About You**
- Ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively across various business, technical, and risk teams with different levels of awareness and knowledge.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven nature, with a talent for providing pragmatic advice in dynamic environments.
- Experience in seeing the broader picture and articulating complex problems in a clear, digestible format.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices in data privacy engineering.
- (Desirable) Experience with information security controls and the capability to drive technical data protection discussions.
- (Desirable) Tertiary degree in Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Law, or a related discipline.
