**Job Objective**:
The role includes responsibility and delivery of individual transformation projects including ensuring interdependencies, critical paths and deliverable dates are aligned and achievable. We are seeking an energetic, adaptable individual with a diverse set of project management, communication and Business transformation skills who can work well with stakeholders and partners at all levels. An ability to think critically, plan and execute effectively, lead change management and be comfortable with ambiguity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Communicating and implementing the company strategy internally and externally to align with overall business objectives
- Manage the strategic portfolio of activities across the strategy & transformation program.
- Plan and lead discussions with leadership and stakeholders to drive initiatives forward.
- Develop tools and templates to provide ELT visibility into project progress and enable escalation of roadblocks.
- Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues, and escalate to leadership as required.
- Lead specific workstreams, owning deliverables and driving completion of strategic projects.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and drive change management to ensure alignment to program goals and deliverables.
- 7-10+ years' experience from a management consulting and AND In House Strategy/Transformation background - including a strong background in managing global Shared Service implementations across various business functions
- Strong demonstrated experience in both implementation and ownership of the completed project deliverables (ROI and benefits realisation)
- Ability to execute against strategic initiatives, identifying solutions, expected results and leading successful deployment of solutions
- Ability to identify, manage and monitor remediation of any potential risks and impediments that affect program scope, schedule, and quality, escalating unresolved items in a timely manner
- Strong academic background in finance, business, or economics, MBA preferred
- Strong formal Project/Program management abilities with agile practices
- Strong strategic and commercial acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex topics and lead problem-solving from definition to implementation
