We’re looking for a motivated **Reservations Supervisor** who loves connecting with people and creating seamless guest experiences from the very first call or click.

**What you’ll do**
- Maintain room inventory and rate parity across systems.
- Load and update rates, packages and promotions in **Opera PMS** and other booking platforms.
- Support group reservations — creating blocks, monitoring pick-ups and adjusting as needed.
- Communicate VIP arrivals and special requests to the Front Office and other departments.
- Provide prompt assistance and follow-up for guest enquiries or booking changes.
- Work with Sales and Marketing to maximise occupancy and identify upselling opportunities.
- Keep guest profiles and booking data accurate for reporting and loyalty recognition

**What we’re looking for**
- Previous experience in Reservations or Front Office within a hotel environment.
- Knowledge of Opera PMS or similar property management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills.
- Confident communicator with a genuine passion for guest service.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
