**Position**
As the Finance Business Partner, you will quickly get up to speed on the organisation and will work closely with the GM of Finance on the budgeting process and quarterly forecasts. Your role will include preparing accurate management reports and Board reports. You will be able to support the CFO and FC with various projects and strategic initiatives. Furthermore you will build relationships with key stakeholders across the business supporting them with financial tasks.

**Profile**
You will be CA or CPA qualified and will be either seeking a contract role or looking for something longer term. You may be here on a working holiday visa or are looking for a more junior role in which you can bring your experience to this role on a short term basis. You must have excellent communication and business partnering skills and be experienced in managing forecasts and full budget cycles. Ideally you will be coming from another charitable or Not-for-Profit organisation.
