TOM Executive have partnered with a leading Australian Insurance Group, to recruit an exciting Finance Business Partner position. This is a highly influential role with opportunities to work alongside Senior Stakeholders and and provide key insights to the Group.
- Permanent role based in Sydney CBD

- $130k - $140k Base + Super

**Overview of the position**:

- Development of internal management reports to support the Group and key business stakeholders to enable effective decision-making
- Provide meaningful insights and report on the key business performance indicators across various business units (financial and non-financial)
- Perform detailed analysis on forecast and budgets to ensure accuracy and identify business opportunities
- Identify and act on process improvement opportunities, and solutions to issues which have been identified

**Your background**
- CA or CPA qualified
- Experience in Finance related functions (commercial finance, decision support or FP&A)
- Financial Services experience is a desired but not required
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence with strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Track record of demonstrating the ability to make a difference in past roles and ability to identify, model and be contribute to growth
