As the Finance Business Partner you will provide managers with financial information, tools, analysis and insight, challenge given rationales, help them make informed decisions and drive business strategy. The role collaborates with key stakeholders to provide sound advice which results in effectively aligning financial management strategies and organisational objectives.

**About the role**:

- This finance Business Partner role falls with in a supportive team who works well together to achieve business outcome.
- You will Support the formation of business partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- You will analyse information from a variety of sources to develop and provide accurate financial advice, reports and information to staff, clients, senior management and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate and tactically foster sustainable customer and team relationships to generate support for the implementation of finance-related business reforms and increase staff commitment to service delivery excellence.

**About you**:

- Working experience as a financial professional in management accounting within a large and complex organization.
- Capability in providing operational financial insights, sound financial management, decision support, advice, analysis and support to client group/faculty and finance team.
- Extensive experience in building complex financial models
- Comfort working with large data sets and experience in undertaking complex financial analysis and modelling
- Power BI experience, competency in navigating across a complex (matrix reporting) enterprise

**Qualifications and experience**:

- Relevant tertiary and professional qualification and a proven record in accounting and experience in a commercial environment and/or the public sector.
- Membership of a recognised professional accounting body such as CPA Australia or Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
