This 12 month Fixed Term Contract based in Macquarie Park, presents a great opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer responsible for invoices, payments & reporting for the Australian and New Zealand businesses. However, we are also open to those starting out in their career in Finance where we will offer training and support.

**We’re looking for a motivated and organised individual who**:

- Has at least 2 years’ experience in an Accounts Payable position (Desirable)
- Is proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Has SAP experience, preferably with S4 Hana (Desirable)
- Has experience using Concur and Medius (or other AP automation systems)
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Has strong attention to detail
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills

**You’ll be responsible for**:

- Verifying and processing invoices using Medius software
- Actively working with Operations teams to resolve discrepancies
- Actively working with expense approvers to resolve coding and approval issues
- Conducting root cause analysis for failed invoices during Medius integration process
- Arranging weekly and bi-weekly payments, both domestic and international
- Providing daily cashflow forecast updates
- Preparing monthly supplier statement reconciliations
- Processing employee expense claims in Concur according to the company travel and credit card policies
- Ad hoc projects and other responsibilities as advised by your manager
