**About the role**:
An opportunity exists for a diligent Accounts Payable Officer/ Account Officer to join a reputable global company. This is a
**contract** position, with the opportunity for longer-term. Working with this supportive and friendly team-oriented environment, the role will suit an accounting professional who has accounts payable experience and is looking to work for a large company.
**Working within an accounts payable team, your responsibilities include**:
- Processing a high-volume of invoices and credit notes;
- Account reconciliations;
- Gaining necessary approvals for payment of invoices;
- Accurate coding and data input;
- Ad hoc accounts support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the accounts payable team.

**The successful applicant should have**:
- Prior experience in an Accounts Payable role
- Accounting knowledge
