Your opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Delivery Coordinator to join our Sydney Head Office team. You will be responsible for chairing Design coordination meetings across multiple projects and management of the Digital Engineering (DE) processes with the design consultants and subcontractors to meet the project DE objectives and deliverables.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Conduct clash detection workshops and visual walkthroughs using NavisWorks/Revizto and VR
Review, audit and ensure compliance of 3D Models from consultants and contractor
Hold weekly coordination meetings with project team members
Develop Mirvac's clash detection protocols
Support Mirvac Designs DE Manager in development of Mirvac's design Digital delivery strategy
Manage / Update Navisworks BIM Project execution plans
Lead the BIM coordination meeting on various projects
Assist in the digital process of the project start up
Manage and Integrate digital construction workflows and methods across the various projects
Advise on modelling best practice. Mentor and educate where needed and necessary
Contributing to the creation and auditing and maintenance of in-house BIM Standards and libraries
Stakeholder engagement
Investigate and test new digital design technologies
Conduct training sessions for internal and external stakeholders
Facilitate use of the models as a driver for design co-ordination
Manage all incoming design consultant and sub-contractor models to produce Federated Models with Navisworks across multiple projects
Manage clash detection workshops in conjunction with the regular design coordination meetings/workshops, and at major design programme milestones
Provide support across the project teams when required
Partake in R+D activities within the various groups
Be an active member of the DE working groups

Your point of difference

Knowledge in Dynamo or any computational software
Knowledge in project Dashboarding
Knowledge in any programming language
Advanced PC skills, specifically Microsoft Windows Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
BIM knowledge and interest in working with Construction Technology
Knowledge in the construction process and procedures
4D,5D,6D Experience
Experience using Revit, NavisWorks, AutoCAD, Revizto, BIM 360, Aconex BIM
