**About the role**:
CSR is looking for a practical, solutions-focused **Technical Account Manager** to help drive the adoption of Hebel-our innovative and sustainable building solution-across **Western Australia.**

This is a hands-on role where you'll be out on customer sites, working directly with installers, builders, and contractors. You'll be training teams on product installation, solving technical challenges on-site, and helping customers get the most out of Hebel. Your real-world experience will be key to influencing building methodology and ensuring our products are used effectively and safely.

If you've worked with facades, know your way around a building site, and enjoy helping others get the job done right, this role offers the perfect blend of technical leadership and practical problem-solving.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **On-Site Support & Training**:Deliver hands-on training to installers and contractors, ensuring correct installation and product use.
- **Customer Engagement**:Build strong relationships with builders and trades, offering practical advice and technical support.
- **Site Visits & Compliance**:Conduct regular site inspections to ensure standards are met and support warranty documentation.
- **Problem Solving**:Be the go-to person for resolving installation issues and providing real-time solutions on-site.
- **Product Knowledge**:Stay up to date with product enhancements and industry trends, especially in facade systems and sustainable building.
- **Team Collaboration**:Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.

**About You**:

- Hold a current Building License or a recognized Construction Trade qualification
- Hands-on experience in building, facades, or construction
- Comfortable working on-site and solving practical challenges
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Keen to share knowledge and train others
- Passionate about quality, safety, and building innovation
