**What we are looking for**:

- Established experience in Capital Equipment, Construction & Utility Equipment sales or willingness to build these skills
- Proficiency in conveying product knowledge, including mechanical and technical aspects
- Advanced sales acumen, paired with a consistent and proactive call plan approach
- Detail-oriented with a strong drive for results
- Proficient in software tools: Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel), Dynamics 365, and adept at social media
- Solid analytical and conceptual thinking capabilities
- Demonstrated history of achieving and surpassing sales targets
- Collaborative mindset; ability to work cohesively with internal teams
- Skilled in market analysis, keeping abreast of industry trends
- Adaptable to fast-paced, changing sales environments
- Proven record of building long-term client relationships
