This is your chance to join an established organisation in regional NSW as part of a dedicated project team.

**Your new role**

As the Change Manager working on a critical Cyber Security program, you will be integral for the collaboration between business SMEs as well as technical and external teams to contribute to the Identity and Access Management project. You will add value to the strategic direction of the project by assessing the impact on a wide range of stakeholder groups, developing and deploying change management initiatives in order to maximise project outcomes and minimise change resistance. You will define and document training needs and develop training plans and materials to uplift organisational capability and lead business readiness and adoption activities.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Extensive experience working as a Change Manager in complex environments, ideally with previous exposure to Cyber Security projects
- Confident in facilitating interviews, discussions and workshops
- Excellent communication and engagement skills with an ability to liaise with and influence stakeholders of all levels of the business
- Relevant Change Management and Project Certifications
