Our Finance team is on a mission to find a driven and detail orientated Accounts Receivable Officer This role is responsible for the provision of high-quality accounts receivable duties, including problem resolving with clients and customers, processing incoming payments and maintaining accounts receivable systems.
**So, what goes in to making that happen?**
- Liaising with customers and clients on outstanding issues raised by them or identified by ASICS
- Posting details of payment transactions against the appropriate customer accounts
- Creating new customer accounts
- Working closely with some of ASICS’ major B2B accounts to ensure effective and accurate account management is executed in these key business partnerships
- Reviewing and reconciling customer accounts
- Ensuring all clearing accounts are cleared at month end and customer allocations are up to date
- Ensuring the accounts receivables sub ledger balances are maintained in the general ledger
- Reviewing current processes in SAP and recommend improvements and opportunities for efficiency
- Producing aged debtor trial balances at month end and report on overdue accounts
- Managing AR internal and external adhoc queries as they arise

**That’s enough about us Here’s what we hope to see from you**:
- Experience in an Accounting or Finance environment, with aptitude in maintaining financial records
- A working knowledge of SAP is highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Intermediate Excel and IT skill set
- Superior attention to detail
- Demonstrated organisational skills and ability to determine and execute daily priorities
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of the team in a busy, deadline driven environment
- Ability to deal with confidential information in a professional manner
- Strong interpersonal skills with the natural ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship within team and wider business
