Reception and Administration Assistant, Shopping Centre (Property Management)

Fantastic entry level opportunity for someone with administration and reception experience to enter the Property industry within a leading property landlord who own a large property portfolio of Shopping Centre's in QLD. They have a reputation for fostering a great culture, team ethic, training and career development.

Reporting to the Centre Manager you will manage a well-presented shopping centre property, being responsible for supporting centre management team and the development of an assistant administrator.

A snapshot of your responsibility will include:

- Be the front of house for the Centre Management team
- Customer service and administration
- Support the Centre Management team with tenant arrears.
- Billing of tenant’s electricity invoices as well as any other charges such as extended trade, pedestal, sulllage etc, in time for the monthly Tax Invoices.
- Enter Additional Trade charges and enter into MRI..
- Maintain Tenant Bank Guarantee Register & Security Deposit Register.
- Complete financial sections of the monthly report.
- Prepare the revised forecast for monthly report.
- Ensure Attendance Register and leave forms are sent to Head Office by the 1st of the month.
- All reception tasks including answering the telephone, attending to customer and tenant enquires, collecting and opening the mail, date stamping the mail and distributing mail to the appropriate centre management staff in the absence of the receptionist.
- Maintain, update and ensure all systems and procedures are adhered to.

We are looking for someone comfortable front of house, administration who is keen to develop a career in the property management industry, has a passion for retail, willing to learn and progress. You will be comfortable working with numbers and willing to learn as a portion of the role will be supporting the management team with financials and budgeting.
