Key Responsibilities:

- Greeting/welcoming patients and other callers, answering telephone calls & enquiries, and booking patients in a courteous and efficient manner
- Attention to detail
- General housekeeping such as tidying and cleaning of waiting room when necessary.
- Undertake other duties as required from time to time as directed by the practice manager, nurses and doctors.
- Maintain knowledge of, and comply with, workplace health and safety principles including infection control.
- Comply with privacy and confidentiality principles to all work practices including the practice policies and procedures.

Essential Criteria:

- Exceptional customer service skills with previous medical receptionist experience
- Previous Best Practice experience
- Ability to multi-task and work autonomously
- High level of attention to detail
- Medicare and medical billing knowledge
- Excellent administration, computer skills and data entry
- A can-do attitude that builds rapport with patients, staff, and Doctors easily

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Medical administration: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
