**Property Network of Australia** is currently seeking a part time

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Be the first point of contact for inbound phone calls and visitors to the facility
- Provide general assistance to the Community Manager to run the facility
- Resolve tenant queries and escalate to the Community Manager if necessary
- Assist with the coordination of community events in the facility
- Ensure excellent presentation standards are maintained in all communal areas
- Maintain the communal kitchen areas by wiping surfaces, emptying dishwasher, and maintain stock levels for shared snacks etc.

This is a perfect opportunity for somebody with a hospitality background to move into a more ‘corporate’ environment or potentially an individual who is currently studying and seeking a part time role to compliment their studies. We are seeking a very outgoing and personable individual looking to make a positive contribution at this excellent Brisbane facility.
