Front Desk Concierge – Head Office (EiMalo & Davki) 

Location:
 Brisbane CBD

Position Type:
 Part-time [minimum 30 hours per week] Monday - Friday 0900h-1500h [flexible for the right candidate]. These are minimum hours are you should be expected to perform more hours.

EiMalo (ultra-luxury concierge) and Davki (Australia's most trusted security & concierge group) are seeking a polished, driven, and ambitious 
Front Desk Concierge
 to represent our Head Office. This is no ordinary front desk role—it is a 
gateway into senior leadership
 for the right candidate.

About the Role

As the first point of contact at our Head Office, you will embody professionalism, discretion, and genuine service excellence. Beyond welcoming visitors, answering enquiries, and presenting our brand at the highest standard, 
you will play a pivotal role in supporting operations, executive projects, and client engagement
.

Here, you will:

 
Work directly with Senior Management
 (CEO & Executive Team)

Gain insight into how two leading brands operate

Develop skills that extend beyond concierge into leadership & client management

  • Concierge, reception, or corporate front-of-house experience preferred
  • Impeccable presentation, communication & organisational skills
  • A proactive, ambitious attitude with long-term leadership goals
  • High End Boutique Retail experience is also desirable
