**The role**

As Group Product Manager, you'll be responsible for driving conversion and delivering a seamless experience across the final stages of the shopping journey — including checkout, payments, and post-purchase — across both app and web. You’ll lead a small team of Product Managers and partner closely with key stakeholders across digital, multi-channel, and customer support to define and execute product strategies that directly impact revenue, retention and satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Define and deliver the overarching strategy for checkout and e-commerce experience
- Lead the post-purchase product strategy, with a strong focus on automation and CX uplift
- Directly manage a team of Product Managers across
- Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams on digital wallet innovation and implementation
- Deliver significant commercial outcomes through improved payment experiences

**Key Skills & Experience**:

- Deep experience in product leadership roles within large-scale e-commerce environments
- Strong understanding of payments and optimisation
- Demonstrated success leading and mentoring teams of PMs
- Experience working cross-functionally with design, engineering, CX and commercial teams
- Commercially minded with a data-informed approach to decision making and prioritisation
