**About the Role**

As the Product Manager, you will manage the portfolio of existing product initiatives and the product development pipeline to increase sales and profitability and drive sustainable growth. Ensure all aspects of design, sourcing, technical, product management, forecasting and financials come together to deliver a successful commercial outcome. This product role services accounts across New Business, Defence, Emergency Services, Government and the industrial work wear sector.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Understand users, competitors, and the market to identify and assess new growth opportunities and maintain a product pipeline to grow the Industrial Direct business
- Develop long term strategies for product and industry categories to inform new product development requirements and product gaps, working in partnership with sales, product design and technical teams
- Support Account managers and BDRs to deliver budget revenue, gross margin and growth through the development and implementation of sales plans
- Review product performance quarterly or ad hoc with account managers against GP dollars
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the product lines including, pricing, and product lifecycle management
- Support supply and demand planning, and account management to ensure product availability that meets customer needs and delivery KPIs
- Support B2B contracts and tender submissions utilising WWG own brands, seeking to increase the profitability of existing and new product developments, and swap out 3rd party buy ins
- Work in partnership with the Sales team to successfully launch new products and uniform roll outs to ensure a positive customer and end user experience
- Engage and build relationships across multiple internal and external stakeholders so overall strategic objectives are aligned for the Industrial Uniforms business (Sales, Merchandising, and supply partners)

**What we’re looking for**

Along with being highly resourceful and possess a strong desire for results, ideally you will have:

- 3 or more years’ experience in product management
- Experience in leading the development of a product category strategy
- Ability to manage multiple projects against set deadlines and budgets
- Experience collaborating with a complex and multi-tiered stakeholder group in order to realise commercial outcomes
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to communicate effectively and manage both external and internal stakeholders
- Business to Business experience desirable
- Experience with performance apparel or workwear desirable,
