**About the position**

An exciting opportunity has become available for an exceptional Administration Assistant to join our progressive Music and Co-Curricular team. This is a permanent full-time position commencing as soon as possible.

**Essential to this role**
- Experience or qualifications in business admin/support, marketing, Google Workspace and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and strong administrative command
- Prior experience in a music related work environment and familiarity with musical terminology, instruments and equipment
- Proven experience in an administrative role or a data management role, ideally in a school environment
- Experience coordinating and providing administrative support for a range of events
- Understanding of risk and compliance around events and projects in primary and secondary education settings
- Ability to concurrently manage workload across several events and projects including risk, compliance, marketing, communications and logistics
- Excellent planning and prioritising skills
- Strong time management and organisation skills
- Professional, flexible and responsible team player
- Commitment to one's own ongoing learning, in alignment with the development directions of the relevant Department
