We are looking for an experienced administration superstar to join the team on a part time basis. This role will primarily be based in our Peakhurst office, where there is plenty of street parking. On a regular basis, you will need to go to our other sites that are based across the Sydney region.

**The working days and hours are 30 hours per week spread over 5 days or 4 days of your choice (Mon-Fri).**

**Day to day you will be**:

- Ensuring the Psychology Team have all required physical and digital resources to deliver high quality services across all programs.
- Ensuring all data entry requirements are achieved within agreed timeframes for funded and fee for services programs.
- ** **Liaising with external stakeholders (including schools), to ensure resources are managed and received
- Maintaining and managing expenses for the Executive Manager, Psychology
- Collaboratively working across organisational teams to ensure agreed outcomes are completed within agreed timeframes
- Actively participating in team meetings to ensure psychology targets are being monitored and met and provide regular updates as required.
- ** **Managing and maintaining the highest standard of confidentiality, privacy and security in managing client records IT systems and operational requirements as a healthcare provider including NDIS and Medicare compliance.

**About you**
- Relevant administration qualification/s and/or at least 5 years’ experience (minimum) in a similar role
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational, time management and prioritising skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with diverse stakeholders and communities, verbally and electronically.
- Ability to work both individually and within a team environment.
- Ability to take initiative and problem solve.
