Small service company located in Peakhurst is looking for an Office Administrator to join our friendly team.

There will be a bit of a learning curve to understand the type of work that we do in order to be able to pass on the correct details to the client. Therefore, we are looking for someone who has an enquiring mind and who can absorb information and learn effectively.

**Prerequisites for this role**:

- Ability to quickly absorb and learn
- Courteous and polite disposition
- Friendly and professional manner
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Suite skills
- Ability to prioritise jobs accordingly
- Ability to organise workload and plan ahead
- Happy to work as part of a team, but also able to work autonomously
- Reliability, honesty and punctuality are paramount
- Experience with Simpro is desirable (but not essential)

You will be assisting in all areas of the business, therefore your role may vary from answering telephones, to booking in work for our technicians, to processing inspection reports and a variety of things in between, including ad-hoc duties.

You will become part of the family here in a friendly environment, where you, like all of our staff, will be highly valued. Your own transport would be beneficial and we can offer onsite parking. Buses do run from various stations, but you would have a 5-10min walk from the nearest bus stop.

This role is open to all ages and genders, however you must be able to commit to full time hours, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
