**We are calling for energetic experienced team player to join our vibrant team at our Aged Care Facility Peakhurst Lodge, perform administrative and reception tasks and provide support for our management team, residents and families & friends.**

This position is located at 16-18 Henry Lawson Drive Peakhurst NSW 2210

**Part time**

**Monday - Friday **(9:00am-16:00pm)

Permanent Position

**Location: 16-18 Henry Lawson Drive, Peakhurst NSW 2210**

**Office Assistant Responsibilities**:
Reception tasks
Visitor booking and screening, RAT testing, reporting
Office administration and clerk duties such as minutes, typing, data entry, filing, archiving, distribution and posting/displays.
Coordinating events as necessary.
Attend to room enquiries and follow up
Laison with residents, families, allied health, contractors alike
Orders
Communication both internally and externally to facilitate operation needs communicatoin with Head Office
Ad-hoc duties as per business needs
**Office Assistant Requirements**:High school diploma or associate’s degree and above.
Experience as an office assistant or in related field.
Ability to write clearly and help with Word processing tasks (English).
Warm personality with strong communication skills (English).
Mature, responsible and willingness to learn
Ability to prioritising task and multitasking
Good level of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel skills
Familiar with Social Medias and online environment
Previous customer service experience a MUST
Mandarin/Cantonese Speaking applicants are welcome as we have a Chinese cluster in the home. Good English is essential.
