**Full Time Office Manager (38 hours)**

Your duties and responsibilities as an office manager:

- Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure administrative procedures run smoothly
- Manage office budgets, track expenses and process invoices and payroll in coordination with the finance team
- Maintain accurate employee records and support HR tasks such as recruitment and onboarding
- Coordinate communication between departments, suppliers and external stakeholders
- Organize company files, ensure proper documentation and maintain data security and confidentiality
- Supervise administrative staff and provide training and support where required
- Manage scheduling, meetings, travel arrangements and general correspondence for management
- Monitor office supplies inventory and liaise with suppliers for timely replenishment
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations
- Support business reporting and assist in preparing company documentation and presentations

**Skills and Required Experience**

You must have:

- At least Diploma in Business or a related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in office administration or office management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other general software
- Strong leadership skills
- Language skills in Mandarin, Cantonese and English will be highly regarded

Pay: $80,000.00 per year

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
