Set in the rediscovered Grand Public Dining Hall and fully restored to all its 1936 glory, The Guardsman has become the centrepiece of the iconic Adelaide Railway Station.

Do you consider yourself a seasoned barista driven by a deep passion for enhancing the art of coffee? We are currently seeking an adept coffee aficionado to embrace the position of Cafe Supervisor, guiding, and inspiring our dynamic team at the bustling shopfront. The Café operates from 7:00am to 2:00pm, Monday through Friday.
