** Internal Sales Representative** and drive growth for both the company and your career. You'll be responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing customers, as well as identifying and developing new business opportunities. This role requires a strong understanding of the company's products and services, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with customers and potential customers.

As a key point of contact for our customers, you will handle customer orders, inquiries, service issues, and all sales-related tasks. You will be responsible for but not limited to:
**Salary - $60,000 - $70,000 + super**

**Office - Sydney West, New South Wales**
- Keying in and printing sales orders for both roofing and sheds
- Recording and reviewing time-off requests for delivery
- Managing that all next-day orders are keyed in by the defined cut-off time
- Reviewing order confirmations for keying errors, zero discounts, missing freight charges, etc., and sending them to customers as soon as they are checked
- Answering phone calls, passing on messages, or resolving issues with the relevant team member
- Assisting sales reps with quotations, account opening, or any sales-related work when they are off-site
- Assisting the branch manager and accounts personnel while reviewing customer credit requests
- Coordinating shed orders from our national-level customers from start to finish
- Serving walk-in customers as required
- Assisting customers with owner pick-ups
- Managing purchase orders raised from sales orders keyed for buy-in items
- Liaising with customers regarding any service issues or complaints
- Raising purchase orders in Pronto as required
- Ensuring that all sales orders received in the day are keyed into Pronto irrespective of due dates, not just next-day orders
- Initiating and completing the back-order process, notifying customers of an ETA
- Informing customers of revised ETAs if we are unable to meet their delivery requirements due to truck or machine breakdowns
- Managing reception as required
- Assisting admin personnel in managing office requirements
- Internship or professional experience in a sales or customer service role
- Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal and the ability to communication with individuals from all levels within the organization o
- Experience working with an ERP system
- Well-developed IT/Computer skills
