Working at Major Road Projects Victoria (MRPV) means being part of something big.
We oversee more than 40 projects as a cornerstone of Victoria's Big Build, including some of the State's most important roads.
With these “big” plans comes strategic IT projects - Our IT team is looking for an IT Project Management Office Lead to help ensure the successful delivery of these projects.
This is a 3-year fixed term position.

- Providing strategic and operational support for our IT projects including operational reporting, risk and issue tracking and quality assurance
- Reviewing and coordinating the IT pipeline, plan for resources and budget requirements
- Promote the delivery of projects in accordance with our project management framework
- Ensuring governance and controls throughout the lifecycle of a project

You will need to draw on your experience in the management of IT PMO functions and high-level knowledge in PRINCE2, Agile and project/program management delivery methodologies. We are looking for you to use your expertise in developing and managing best practice processes and tools. You will have proven experience coordinating project teams with your strong communication and engagement skills.
You will hold a relevant qualification with significant experience in a related field, coupled with relevant certification (PMP, PRINCE2or PMBOK).
