Production Administrator, Wacol, 6-month contract with potential for extension
**Your new company**
Our client is an international company with over 80 years’ experience in producing high quality products to the building industry. This industry leader is seeking a Production Clerk to work within their Wacol manufacturing facility.

**Your new role**
Reporting to the Production manager, you’ll provide general administrative support to the Production and Maintenance Department. You will work 7:30am to 3:30pm in the warehouse-based office and liaise regularly with production staff. Duties will include:

- Order and manage bulk raw materials, packaging, and consumables
- Ensure accuracy of inventory records through daily reporting
- Completion of all OHSE documentation and preform casual employee inductions
- Assist with managing both permanent and casual timesheets
- Maintain maintenance records and liaise with maintenance suppliers

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong administrative background, data entry experience and a high level of computer skills. Experience in a manufacturing environment will be advantageous. You will be self-motivated and have the ability to be independently. You will have great organisation skills, an ability to manage conflicting priorities, good initiative and a high level of problem solving skills.
