**The Company**

Lotus people are thrilled to be partnering with a leading global market research company. This global business maintains a medium-sized team in Australia and is located near Sydney's inner west, with easy access to transportation

**The Role**

This is a fantastic opportunity to add instant value to the P&C team while a member is on leave for 4 weeks. Working alongside a close-knit P&C team, this role will involve managing programs of work and presenting Diversity and Inclusion workshops/content to employees.

This role will be suited to anyone with an HR background, particularly emphasising D&I and experience in presenting content to employees.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Presenting and facilitating existing courses and content related to diversity and inclusion (D&I).
- Liaising with vendors for coordination, program management, and ensuring smooth execution of D&I initiatives.
- Collaborating with internal teams to integrate D&I practices into various HR processes and initiatives.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking a part-time position over a four-week period, offering lots of flexibility. Your experience in delivering and managing D&I content to wider teams and excellent program coordination skills will stand to you, as well as your strong stakeholder management and ability to work within a team
