We're seeking a strategic technology leader to head up End User Computing (EUC) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) for a large, purpose-led organisation with a national footprint.

You'll shape how thousands of people experience technology every day, ensuring systems, devices, and assets are secure, modern, and compliant. This is an opportunity to influence strategy, uplift enterprise platforms, and lead a capable team driving real change across the digital workplace.

The Opportunity

The Head of End User Computing & IT Asset Management is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of end-user technology services and asset management across the organisation.

This role ensures employees have secure, reliable, and modern technology tools, while maintaining strong compliance, lifecycle management, and value from all IT assets. The position leads national teams focused on service performance, governance, and technology experience across multiple locations.

You'll work closely with leaders across Cyber, Infrastructure, and Finance to drive improvement in how technology supports users, manages risk, and delivers value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead national EUC and ITAM functions covering desktop, mobile, and virtual environments.
  • Oversee the lifecycle, compliance, and optimisation of IT assets and licensing.
  • Drive innovation in device management, automation, and patching.
  • Embed ITIL-aligned governance and reporting across services and assets.
  • Partner with executive teams to align technology with organisational goals.

About You

  • Proven experience in EUC, IT Operations, or Asset Management leadership.
  • Strong technical grounding in Microsoft technologies
  • Solid understanding of ITSM / ITIL frameworks and asset governance.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and communication skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on service quality, compliance, and improvement.
