**What You’ll Be Doing**:
- Providing hands-on, personalised support to people with disabilities in their homes and local communities.
- Supporting clients with daily living tasks, social activities, and personal goals.
- Helping clients maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.
- Building strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- A genuine passion for helping others and making a positive impact.
- Great communication and a respectful, client-first attitude.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a supportive team.
**Desirable (but not essential)**:
- Any relevant experience in disability, aged care, or support work.
- First Aid & CPR certification.
- Driver’s licence and access to transport.

Pay: $41.10 - $88.65 per hour
Expected hours: 8 - 36 per week
