**About the Role**:
As an AIN in our in-home aged and disability care services, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with their daily living needs.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- ** Household Cleaning**: Assisting clients with maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment, including light housekeeping, laundry, and tidying.
- ** Wound Care**:Following wound care plans and providing basic wound care
- ** Building rapport**: Maintaining relationships and participating in community activities where required
- ** Personalized Support**: Building meaningful relationships with clients while delivering compassionate, respectful care tailored to their individual needs.

**About You**:
We are looking for a caring and reliable individual who is passionate about aged care and understands the importance of dignity and respect in every interaction. To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A Certificate III in Health Service Assistance (or Aged Care, Disability, Individual Support or a related discipline and above are accepted) and at least 2 years experience working as an AIN
- Experience in providing in-home care services, including cleaning and wound care.
- Reliable and able to maintain commitments to support the community
- A current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- A valid Driver’s License and reliable transport.
- A genuine desire to enhance the quality of life for older Australians.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
