**Youth Worker - Gold Coast**

Currently we are building our staffing pools across the **Gold Coast**area so we can provide support to our ever-growing client base in the region. **Duties include**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with the people you support.
- Follow established care plans.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders.
- Respond to crisis situations, offering immediate support and collaborating with appropriate authorities.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, assessments, and program outcomes.
- Work positively and collaborate with team members to ensure the highest care and support provided.

**Requirements**:
**YOUTH WORKER**
- Cert IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention or other relevant field (eg: Disability, Mental Health etc.) - Or working toward
- Hope & Healing Certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Current First Aid and CPR (or willing to obtain)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening (or willing to obtain)
- Current (Paid) Working with Children check (or willing to obtain)
- Recent and relevant experience in a similar role
- 2 professional supervisor references
- Unrestricted **Australian** Driver's License
- Comprehensive Car Insurance (or willing to obtain)
