An exciting opportunity has become available for a professional **Guest Services Manager** to work with one of Assetlink’s significant clients, based at Melbourne Central. You will oversee and manage the operations of the cleaning, maintenance, customer service and security teams to delight the client and inspire your team.

**What you will be doing**:

- Communicate effectively with the client, centre management, customers, tenants and Assetlink team members
- Participate in regular meetings with the Client and Stakeholders to report on performance related KPI's and operational issues
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements and collaborate with all stakeholders
- Provide strong leadership, coaching, mentoring and inspiration to your teams to deliver the Assetlink Way
- Identify opportunities to provide innovation and value-add for the client
- Oversee all financials and control the P&L

**Desired Skills and Experience**:
**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- Demonstrated team leadership experience, preferably in a large shopping centre environment
- Previous experience in Facilities Management - especially Security and Cleaning within a large retail/commercial environment
- Outstanding problem solving skills and strong attention to detail
- Strong financial / business acumen and exceptional attention to detail
- High level stakeholder engagement and the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Demonstrated Client relationship management experience
- Strong influencing skills and the capacity to deal with issues proactively
- Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills - Outlook, Word, Excel
- Fully vaccinated in COVID-19
