Your Profile

We are actively seeking experienced Guest Services Managers with:

  • Experience in senior roles in premium restaurant or hospitality groups or the luxury hotel environment
  • Proven track record in reservation strategy, event sales and business development
  • Technical expertise with CRM platforms
  • Strong financial acumen with proficiency in data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent guest experience skills with the ability build and maintain strong relationships
  • Demonstrated hands-on approach to leadership and team management
  • Proactive success focused mindset
  • Genuine passion Melbourne's rich food culture
