We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Coordinator to take ownership of an existing large service in Lynbrook. This is a permanent part-time (35 hours per week) role for those experienced in working with children, dedicated to take ownership of an existing service and passionate about development of a team.

**Hours are as follows**: Monday - Friday, 06:30 - 09:00 AM ( Rise then Shine Program ) and 02:45 - 06:30 PM ( Stay and Play Program ) plus additional admin hours. The middle of your day is free and you can pick up extra hours during the school holidays too

About the role

Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.
Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into
Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents.
Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management.
Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration.

About the school

Lynbrook OSHClub is a large program with licence capacity of 100 children. The average attendance for Rise then Shine and Stay and Play Programs are around 60 - 75 children. We have our own room and kitchen facilities at this service. Our OSHC room at this service has a massive oval out the front to encourage children’s physical health & wellbeing.

Enjoy working with kids.
Strong and clear communication.
Team player with a desire to become a service leader.
Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it) and a state check for working with children.
