Events Coordinator

**AMX** is a well-known Australian Motorcycle Accessories retailer open 7 days a week with 25+ store locations nationally and online. We are seeking an experienced Events Coordinator who has a passion for events and loves to be kept busy. You will be liaising with suppliers and our stores across Australia to help oversee our calendar of events.

**Duties of our Events Coordinator**:

- Liaising with Clubs and Events on behalf of AMX
- Negotiating involvement and support values on both a national and local level for events
- Taking calls from clubs / community proposing involvement
- Updating the AMX calendar of events
- Preparing run sheets and rosters for events
- Pack down of events stalls and logistics of where to send next
- Roll out of marquee and flags at all stores to support events
- Local club banners for all stores
- Social media promotion of events
- Sourcing photos of events and team attendance

**Store Liaison**
- Record keeping of all stores spends involvement
- Updating the store events tracker
- Liaising with accounts to ensure invoices were paid on time
- Liaising with the stores to ensure their monthly spend to community involvement was met.
- Allocation of promotional material to stores

**About you**:

- Demonstrated experience in organising events
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Ability to network with internal and external parties effectively
- Your strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to attend some events national and local
