Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting new opportunity for a **Talent Acquisition Advisor** to deliver recruitment solutions and support talent strategy across our organisation on a 6-month contract. Reporting to the People & Performance Manager, this role will drive end-to-end recruitment across a broad blue
- and white-collar portfolio. This role will support a variety of talent strategy initiatives as well as have exposure to HR tasks.
- Proactively create and develop partnerships with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the businesses to deliver the best talent in the organisation
- Identify and attract the right talent with aligned GWF values and behaviours that will drive the business forward
- Contribute to the company's growth strategy by developing organisational recruiting capabilities
- Assist with talent strategy initiatives such as Graduate Programs, apprenticeship programs
- Coordinate employment checks, medicals and assist with employment contracts

**About You**
- End-to-end recruitment experience within a fast-paced organisation
- Ability to prioritise and manage a busy recruitment portfolio
- Drive to improve talent capability and aspirations to grow a career in Mauri/GWF
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships at all levels
- Ability to provide insight and quickly identify a way forward when presented with issues
- Passion for continuous improvement of processes
