Customer Service/pre Construction Approval Officer

Looking after customers during the pre construction process, from point of sale through to construction start

Minimum one year experience with a project home builder in a similar role is essential

Duties will include
- Liaising with Clients and providing up to date information on the progress of their file
- Organizing and procuring correct documentation for the Approvals
- Uploading the documentation to through the NSW Portal
- Providing assistance to the Operations Manager in controlling overall time frames of preconstruction approval procedures
- Co-ordinating with the Interior Designer to keep clients on track through the colour selection process

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $74,000.00 per year
