You will be joining at an exciting time as there is currently a major program of work involving multiple projects spanning a number of current industry-leading technologies, including Salesforce as a core component. The Office of the CIO seeks an enthusiastic Junior Salesforce Administrator to join their dynamic fast-paced team. You will be playing a vital role contributing to the large Greenfield project underway, offering you the potential to learn and grow within the organisation. Great opportunity for someone that has just started their Salesforce career.

**Role and responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain documentation on processes, policies, and configuration
- Manage Salesforce Sandboxes to support business/development teams
- Assist in release planning to deploy projects and BAU fixes into Production
- Instal and configure 3rd party packages. Provide assistance in system integration/configuration tasks
- Provide support for Salesforce projects and work with team members including Developers, Testers, Project Managers, Cybersecurity, Architects and Business Analysts
- Assisting with deployment related tasks and troubleshoot identified Salesforce issues and work with external vendors to resolve them.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Certified Salesforce Admin ADM201 Certification - achieved or working towards
- Salesforce product knowledge and a strong understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills and excellent communication skills
- Experience using Data Loader and with Salesforce integration into other technology platforms
- Must be an Australian Citizen in order to obtain Security Clearance
