**Key Responsibilities**:

- Seeking an energetic individual who is full of passion and ready to be a liaison between various parts of our business and work closely within a team. Administration and a keen eye for detail will be highly regarded_
- Troubleshooting and solutions management
- Ensuring data security and compliance are all kept secure
- Providing ongoing communications with key vendors including internal and external development and support vendors
- Managing reporting, provide insights and data driven decisions whilst also being able to integrate Salesforce with other systems

**About you**:
Ideally, we are seeking someone with the following:

- Experience in software implementation, configuration changes, flow assignment rules, approval processes, fields, record types, apps, dynamic layouts, mobile administration and reports
- Data migration, validation and quality management
- Analytical with very strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact with stakeholders, managers, executives, experts and technical resources

**Qualifications for the role**:

- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Trailhead or Super Badges
- Hands on experience with; Experience Cloud, Sales and Service
