Some of the awesome things you’ll be involved with:
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of Salesforce Sales and Revenue Clouds.- Provide day-to-day end-user support and assist users with best practices to improve and increase their knowledge of Salesforce.- Perform administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.-
- Assist with the training of new users and nurture the Salesforce skill set across the organisation.- Act as a liaison between users and the product team, communicating key insights and feedback.- Maintain data integrity and security within the platform.- Help identify, implement and support ongoing improvements to the platform.

What you will bring:
- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201)- Experience with Jira and an agile working environment.- Experience with CRM administration, system customizations and configurations.- Experience with process mapping and optimisation.- Strong understanding of security and compliance obligations and requirements.- Excellent data entry and time management skills.- Exceptional attention to detail.- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to team goals.- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities, and perform under pressure.- An aptitude for diagnosing, analysing and resolving system challenges and familiarity of escalation processes.- Experience in producing and maintaining technical documentation.
