
Salesforce Administrator

Our large Federal Government client is looking for a Salesforce Administrator for** an initial 12 months with a 12 months.**
- Obtain a detailed understanding of the organisations complex business processes and rules
- All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups and sharing rules.
- Exhibit a good understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to build or troubleshoot automated processes such as Flows using declarative tools
- Work out of a Level 2 support queue, investigating tickets and support requests raised by users
- Perform interrogation of various log sources to investigate issues
- Develop and maintain documentation on processes and configuration
- Build and foster positive relationships with business areas, to understand their priorities and business requirements, and guide them through user acceptance testing.
- Undertake data analysis, data loading and reporting
- Work within an Agile delivery methodology
- Knowledge transfer and training within the team
- Willingness to learn and support new technologies including Salesforce Industries Omnistudio (Vlocity)
To be successful in this role, you should have experience in:
- More than 2 years' experience within Salesforce eco-system
- Certified Salesforce Admin/Certified Platform App Builder
- Strong problem solving and trouble-shooting skills
- Demonstrates enthusiasm towards continued learning and development
- Hands on experience with version control, branching and metadata deployments (desirable)
