**The Role**

Based in our Head Office at Bondi Junction and reporting to the Group Payroll Manager, you will become a central point of contact for all internal and external Travel Corporation customers. You will be responsible for not only being the face of the company but responsible for all day-to-day activities associated with Reception.

Key responsibilities include:

- Meet, greet, and announce all TTC visitors to the building, ensuring security protocol is enforced
- Advise Tenant visitors of procedure for entry to building
- Maintain courier register, accepting deliveries and booking outgoing jobs; notify staff of delivery and follow-up when deliveries not collected
- Sort daily incoming/out-going mail, deliver/collect as required
- Organise domestic & international courier services as required
- Ensure foyer & lift areas are maintained to a high standard of presentation
- Maintain relationships with 3 rd party contractors
- Reconcile and allocate costs for ancillary services, sending for authorisation & then for processing
- Maintain visitor car park register and report illegally parked vehicles
- Assist with general building services and liaise with Cleaning coy, Building Manager and Managing Agent
- Member of CSR team & responsible for CSR data entry

The successful applicant will have previous front of house reception experience together with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

You will be friendly, adaptable and confident working in a professional working environment and have the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment. You will have the ability to juggle competing priorities with high attention to detail and most importantly, you will have a positive can-do-attitude.
