We are seeking an experienced **Receptionist/Certificate III Lunch Cover**to join our established team in our **Bondi Junction**service. **About the role**: - **Receptionist (70%)**: - General reception duties inclusive of but not limited to answering phones and directing all queries - Printing, collation and distribution of all weekly materials - A bubbly, welcoming personality, maintaining a smile and a "can-do" attitude - Assisting with the day to day operations of the Centre - Management of office supplies - Filing & Scanning - Maintaining a clean and tidy office space/environment**: - Lunch Cover (30%)**: - Covering a couple of lunch breaks while other Educators are on breaks - Ad-hoc time on the floor to support ratio as required **About you**: - **Must hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care**: - **Current Working with Children Check**: - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, both over the phone and face to face - Strong administrative and organisational skills - High level computer literacy and proficient in MS Office suite - Strong customer service skills, with the ability to liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders - Excellent time management and scheduling skills - Demonstrated active listening and critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Ability to work calmly and accurately in a fast-paced environment - Basic knowledge of the National Quality Framework including: National Regulations, National Quality Standards (NQS), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) - Experience in a Receptionist role or similar advantageous but not required **Benefits for you**: - Competitive above-award remuneration - $500 annual bonus (Certificate III qualification) - 50% staff childcare discounts for your own children - A paid day off on your birthday & a well-being day (on top of your annual leave) - $1,000 staff referral bonus for every successful referral - Continuous career development opportunities and Future Leaders Program - Study allowances to upskill your qualification including ECT degrees (T&Cs apply) - Travel Allowances (T&Cs apply) - Mentoring from our values-driven Leadership Team and full support from a well-established Support Office - Employee Assistance Program **Do not miss out on this great opportunity**If this sounds like you then, please click ‘APPLY NOW’ or call our Recruitment Team on 0485 982 484 for more information.
