Our busy radiology clinic in Bondi Junction is currently seeking a customer focused and dedicated Medical Receptionist to join the team. The role is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday with 8.5 hour shifts between the core hours of 7.30am and 6pm, with optional weekend work.

**What you will be doing**:

- Be the first point of contact for patients at reception.

Providing excellent customer service and patient care.

*
Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, colleagues and managers.
- Prioritize compliance and privacy in all aspects of your work.
- Be able to multitask and show empathy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous medical receptionist experience (highly desirable)
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
