The Role

Located in prestigious Elizabeth Bay, Ardency Trebartha is an elegant sanctuary, situated a short stroll from tranquil parklands, with waterfront views of Rushcutters Bay and only moments from the heart of Potts Point. Our stylish boutique apartments offer the perfect balance of luxury in a prestigious location.

Our lovely team at Ardency Trebartha are currently seeking a Village Support Officer to join them on a casual basis. Shifts will involve working afternoon shifts combined with sleepover shifts. Additional assistance will be required for leave coverage.

Duties will include responding to resident enquiries, overseeing our community facilities, conducting welfare checks on residents and referring them to our care consultant, assisting with our colourful village events, responding to call outs, undertaking first aid and initiating emergency services where required.

About You- A current Level 2 First Aid Certificate (or be willing to obtain)- The ability to make critical decisions and remain calm under pressure.- Be motivated and able to take initiative- Basic computer skills

Please note: The successful applicant must complete a Police Check and will be required to receive an annual flu vaccination between the months of April-October. For selected roles more that are physical in nature, pre-employment medical assessments may also be required prior to any employment offers being made.
