**About the role**

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Paralegal to join our Brisbane Corporate/M&A practice on a part time basis. You will be servicing commercial matters for key clients alongside a well-known industry partner.

**What does the role involve?**
- Preparing documentation and correspondence
- Drafting services and facilities agreements
- Preparing and reviewing business sale agreements
- Hard copy as well as electronic filing, printing, scanning, collation and photocopying of all documents relating to matters
- Regular client contact
- Archiving of matters
- Ensuring all files are up to date
- General administration

You should be practical, resilient and proactive in your approach in addition to demonstrating strong problem solving skills, attention to detail and work well in a team.

Ideally you will have 3 - 4 years' experience working in a corporate practice in a mid-tier Law firm. A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office is also expected as are excellent organisation and communication skills.
